Do you struggle with anxiety, low self-esteem, grief, or challenging family and romantic dynamics that affect your ability to feel grounded in your relationships, your work, or even your sense of self? Do you feel overwhelmed by the pressure to meet others’ expectations, carry cultural or spiritual burdens, or simply get through the day while quietly suffering? Do you wonder if life could feel more connected—more you? Now more than ever, people—especially teens and adults from BIPOC and faith-based communities—are feeling uncertain, emotionally drained, and disconnected from their sense of purpose.

I believe it shouldn’t be so hard to live with clarity and emotional peace. I offer collaborative, trauma-informed therapy for those seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and their story. Let’s start by creating a warm, safe space where you can be seen without having to explain who you are. Let’s explore the beliefs and patterns that are no longer serving you. Together, we work to reconnect you with your values, strengths, and emotional resilience. I offer inclusive, bilingual (French and English) support, grounded therapeutic modalities such as CBT, ACT, IFS, DBT-informed mindfulness, and spiritual integration. For you to begin feeling empowered, emotionally safe, and more in tune with your true self.

Helping people feel seen, supported, and strengthened is our mission. Let’s get you emotional clarity, a deeper self-worth, and more meaningful relationships—with others and with yourself.
